Tour the Night

Jackson Hole Night Photography Tour - Light Painting

Grand Teton National Park is a perfect location for nighttime photography due to its low light pollution. You will learn the techniques for single exposure captures of the night sky as well as multiple exposures for image stacking. The use of artificial lights for light painting will also be discussed and demonstrated.

Participants will need a digital SLR, fully charged batteries, a sturdy tripod, 32gb of memory or more and a shutter release. To create star trails, it is recommended that your camera has an interval timer setting or you have an external intravolmeter.
